Grant Team
The Digital Production Group is comprised of graduate students from the School of Communication, the School of Education Instructional Systems Design program, and the School of Information Sciences. Students working on their masters or doctoral degree work together to design, develop and program our media projects. This provides an opportunity to practice or develop their professional skills in a real-world context
The grant team is an international bunch, hailing from Thailand, China, Pakistan, Israel, and Turkey. Dr. Adams and Dr. Grise are from New England. Phillip is originally from the midwest. Please follow the links from the brief biographies below to learn more about each member.
Dr. Jonathan Adams
Principle investigator and operations manager. Over the past 16 years, Dr. Adams has designed, developed and programmed more than 100 commercial, educational, marketing, and interactive game projects. He owned and operated Pilot Media, servicing accounts for more than 40 clients. He has received 14 national awards for his work including the Golden Lamp, The Parents Choice Award, and top awards in the Faculty International Festival of Film, Video and Media Arts Competition from the Broadcast Education Association conference.

Dr. Philip Grisé
Project psychologist who has spent the past three decades developing training, special education programs, and alternative assessment tools. His work in mentoring program impact evaluation is widely recognized. Instruction and research on strategic planning models have been the center of his graduate seminars. Grisé has been affiliated with FSU educational research efforts since 1969.

Dr. Anchalee Ngampornchai
Dr. Ngampornchai is project coordinator. She oversees all aspects of production, maintains project management documents, and is the lead researcher with the project team. Currently a research associate at FSU, Dr. Ngampornchai came to the United States from Thailand. She completed her PhD with specialization in Intercultural Communication at the University of New Mexico in 2007.

E Shen
Dr. E Shen is a graduate from the School of Educational Psychology and Learning System, Florida State University. He has M.S. in Computer Science and Instructional Systems Design. E's varied research interests include emotional support and learner motivation in agent-based learning environment. On practical side, E has 8+ years working experience as learning environment designer and developer for university, NSF funded research institutes, and state government agencies.

Oktay Donmez
Oktay Donmez is a doctoral student in the Instructional Systems program at Florida State University. He has a Master's degree in Computer & Instructional Technologies from Hacettepe University, Turkey. His research interests focus around online learning and the design & development of educational video game environments.

Rinat B. Rosenberg-Kima
Rinat B. Rosenberg-Kima is a doctoral candidate at Florida State University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems. She received her BS degree in Computer Sciences and MA degree in Psychology from Tel-Aviv University, Israel. She has taught several courses at the computer sciences School at the Open University of Israel for and has developed educational software in various settings. Her research interest includes complex problems solving.

Phillip Crowe
Currently a graduate assistant and masters degree student at in the School of Communication. Phillip is an assistant project coordinator and production specialist. Phillip Crowe graduated with a B.A. in Advertising from FSU in 2008 and was a graphic designer for the Thompson Group from 2006 to 2008.
