Project Management

Most developers start in a production role working with Photoshop, Flex, Drupal, Dreamweaver, Flash or other digital media production applications. A common career path for production workers is to move up to a project manager, senior technical, or creative director position.

All of the projects that the Digital Production Group engage are carefully managed to ensure project goals are met. We take every step to ensure that there are no budget over-runs and client expectations are met. To accomplish these goals, we use the Project Management International (PMI) guidelines to manage our activities. For example, the first step that we take is to generate a project charter. Next, we define the scope of your project by using story boards, project flowcharts and functional specifications to make our time and cost estimates. Our clients know where the project is going and what will be produced throughout the life cycle of the project.
